What will be my new subscription expiration date if I renew manually?
Our renewal system (both automatic and manual) works in favor of our users, meaning that the user always gets better option. It follows simple rules:
- If a user renews subscription manually before the date of expiration, system will extend the subscription validity starting with a previous expiration date
- If a user renews subscription that has expired, system
will extend the subscription validity starting with date of purchase
- The system always chooses the latest valid expiration date - e.g. if the old expiration date is February 28th, 2015 and user renews subscription for one month, new expiration date will not be March 28th 2015, but March 30th 2015.
